Henry Klaus, founder of Klaus Radio in 1919, lived the philosophy of giving his customers "a fair deal and a fair price". His firm belief in customer service and quality products, and his ability to adapt to the changing times, are the foundation of our success today. |
We listen to our customers. We offer solutions. We support our products and systems through time. Our family of businesses bring focus, unique expertise, and an ability to stay close to diverse and changing customers and markets. We are a collection of entrepreneurial enterprises united by the Klaus commitment to customer service.

Because customer service is our most important product, we develop relationships that last. Whether you need a computer system, a network, or an entire conference room outfitted with the latest audio visual technology, your priorities become our own.

As time and technology advanced, the products we offered changed and expanded. In the 1920's, Klaus was supplying telegraph equipment; in the thirties it was radios. By the forties, household appliances were added; in the fifties, television; in the sixties, industrial parts and service; in the seventies, professional video; in the eighties, point of purchase systems; in the nineties, computers servers and networks, and so it goes.
Today, through our expanding collection of products and services, second and third generation Klaus family members continue Henry's tradition of helping our customers succeed. We provide what is needed today and anticipate what will make a difference tomorrow.
